His value comes from being top 4 D with a team friendly contract. 2 years of a team friendly deal is worth more then 1 year of a team friendly deal.

Yes, if he comes with an 8 year extension that increases his value. But that requires Andersson to agree to the extension, which reportedly (and understandably) he isn't.
