If a team isn't allowed to tamper with another teams player, why should a player under contract be able to make statements (if that happened and wasn't made up by Lebrun) that they will only sign with Vegas. He is under contract now and should not be having FA discussions about any team that are at least one year out.

Easier to defend as a player. Lebrun could know Andersson didn’t want to sign with whatever team that tried to trade for him and knew he would have said yes to Vegas. Andersson’s camp doesn’t need a say anything else
