This thought has been on my mind since the whole Vegas/TO thing. If Toronto is willing to file tampering charges against Vegas for talking to their player before FA, shouldn't the skate be on the other foot in regards to Anderson/Agent?

If a team isn't allowed to tamper with another teams player, why should a player under contract be able to make statements (if that happened and wasn't made up by Lebrun) that they will only sign with Vegas. He is under contract now and should not be having FA discussions about any team that are at least one year out.
