The new CBA kicks in when this season ends. So this is the last year of 8 year deals. He has until June 30th to get 8 years.
If he is only going yo Vegas I would threaten him with it. Time to get tough with these guys. Its his right to sign with whoever and our right to get the best return and send him to a team on his approved list.
