Thanks for the question, and my reply is of no expertise at all so don't take it as gospel.
1) I do have a similar set up with my holding too my main holding are the same you have listed. BTC is the safest in my opinion but may have muted upside (I say muted but if you think it's going to 1MM that is still 10X from now and if you think 10MM that is still 100x, so a good investment if you believe in it). Also if bitcoin goes down, its likely taking everything else with it.
Of the list ETH is the one that is falling out of favor for me I was going to sell it off when it was $4000 but instead rode it down). My biggest holding is still on BTC but I am gambling on the others as well, but only a small portion of my portfolio is in crypto at all.
2) I do stake whenever I can.
