This is why this is not a team to respect. They aren't good at building a team. They just won a lotto and got McDavid. That's it and that's all.

You have to think McDavid and his inner circle are taking a good look at what the future of that organization looks like as it's going to be pretty bleak in a few years as you can only plug so many holes via free agency. They don't even have promising prospects to fill their bottom 6. It's just such a mess.
