Aprreciate the effort, but I am a firm believer that all we'll see is:
#-3 believes this is a good idea because Officers could establish rewarding careers in Alberta instead of temporary postings, which should improve recruitment and retention.
It's dishonest, and I hate I'm surprised by it. I was genuinely encouraged by most members on the panel. Tombe is great, Bruce McDonald is cool, Adam Legge strikes me as pragmatic and then they gotta ruin it with the worst data science and survey i've seen. It's worse than a Company trying to determine corporate culture.
EDIT: Also on choosing C (which is what I would've done as well) is funny because it says "should". Like it's not even a guarantee it just might?
