The Blood reserve is just to the west of Lethbridge and the Peigan is between Ft. MacLeod and Pincher Creek. The Blood is the largest, land base, reserve in Canada.
Hutterites are very common. There are numerous colonies in southern Alberta. A lot of the original Hutterite Colonies that were settled in 1918 were around Lethbridge. They used to call Thusday, Black Thusday, because that is when all the Colonies would come to Lethbridge to do their business. I'm not sure if that is the case anymore or not?
