I was just testing some of the movements to see if they'd be useful for some ailments and injury/issues I've been dealing with because other things I've tried haven't been as helpful IMO. Some of the motions remind me of similar effects as doing balancing movements on a bosu ball, except I can kinda do it anywhere vs needing a specific area/equipment to do the bosu ball exercises.
I'd do this just in the privacy of my home though. I'd never go to a public gym and do these ridiculous actions as a warm up, I'll do stretches like a normal person.

If you're Asian you are 100% allowed to do these at the gym.
I do the Athlean-X dynamic stretch routine and most of the movements are pretty uncommon.
