Ubisoft sucks. I subscribed to Ubisoft+ and it just doesn't work. When I try to install a game it tells me "This CD Key or Activation Code is not valid." Games I own work fine. Games that are free work fine. Only Ubisoft+ ones. Cleared the client cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, etc..
Also funny because the client you download from their site is broken too, won't even install. Finally found someone that said to go through the Windows store or download an old version and update it to even get it working.
Tried their Discord, they said they can't handle that kind of thing so to create a ticket. Did so, it's been almost a week with zero response. I guess I should cancel it at least, if it goes a month with no response do I reverse the charge? That would probably get me banned and I'd lose my games (though I don't have that many).
Guilt felt by pirating games decreasing...
