The phrase "Federko bar" likely refers to Bernie Federko's Steak & Sports, a restaurant formerly owned by retired NHL player Bernie Federko. It was located at 400 South 14th Street in St. Louis, Missouri. The restaurant has since closed.

OK seriously though he was the first player in NHL history to have 10 consecutive 50 assist seasons and was the 22nd player in NHL history to record 1000 points.
If that doesn’t justify being in the Hall of Fame I don’t know what does. Even accounting for the fact that hockey in the early 80s was kind of a joke.
