You also have to remember he isn't upset or angry because the situation there isn't improving, it's cause his chance to win the Nobel Peace Prize is now gone. If he were upset for valid reasons that'd be one thing, but being upset he won't get his precious award is just another in a long line of staggeringly pathetic things from Trump.
