The Flames are in rebuild mode and need to be getting the most value they can out of any aging assets. Especially when said aging assets will be good for another year or 2 and actively hurting our draft position next year.

This isn't specifically a Kadri thing. If Coleman, or Backlund are worth anything good you trade them as well. Just my opinion and I know lots disagree.
The Flames won’t trade them all. If that’s your expectation, you’re only setting yourself up for disappointment. Clearly Conroy/Iginla/Nonis/Maloney/Pacal and their thousands of NHL games playing and managing experience value having veteran experience in the line up.

Then again, what do they know?
