I feel like if we get 4th overall somehow, adding #18 to it to get to #2 is a decent overpay, as there isn't much difference this year value-wise between picks 2 and 4.

I would say 4 + 18 for 2 + 30 (Dallas' pick) or 33 would be more equal value
