This looks like the equivalent Vivo mount with tilt for a 60-120" TV. It's $10 more than the one you linked.

Idk, maybe it's the marketing or images, but the Vivo just looks more refined and no nonsense. Max tilt is same at 15 degrees but extension is 27.7 Vs 22" for the one you linked. Also supposed to be easy to install yourself.
But the pricing of those two seems overkill for a 65" TV unless maybe you will install bigger in future. I personally have the prime cables one and it's like $100. With a max of 105" instead of 120". If I needed another mount I'd probably grab this again. Not sure the Vivo is necessary, but the Vivo does seem slightly more robust vs this prime cables one, esp if I can take up to 120" Vs 105" and 264lbs limit vs 165lbs.
