I agree with you on Zary and Frost, but not Kadri. Kadri is reckless with the puck at both blue lines and on either side of the offensive blue line. Zary seemingly always makes the smart play when he has the puck inside the other team's blue line, whereas Kadri tries to do too much and often gives it away, leading to a scoring opportunity going the other way.
