I think we all agree on that one, but if the centers aren't available and an opportunity to upgrade on the wing presents itself, it's incumbent on Conroy to go down the path.
I don't think we we will be getting an upgrade at C in this market - there are too many buyers and not enough sellers. Maybe a chance to get someone from another team that is buried and may be able to pop in a different organization, but it's hard to envision a center that is available out there that is an immediate upgrade - may have to play the long game. Maybe that's the plus we can get in an Andersson deal.
