I'm on my 3rd coffee - so may be a bit too over caffeinated - but why would this matter? It matters potentially to the player, but if I am the org - why not ship him where you can get more back in return? Unless of course it is to your arch rivals or say something like that. But I feel like I am really missing something h ere.
