Or a clock starts after the previous pick, and you can stop the clock by posting anything. That would at least infer that the GM is aware that it is their pick.
"I'm going to sleep."
Picks 12 hours later.
That would take care of the life aspect.
"Silence."
Picks 12 hours later.
Monetary cap sanction of 250k?
It would at least guarantee two picks a day! I think that if it's front of mind that it's a GM's pick, it will get done. Also, it would eliminate the rest of the league being in the dark as to why it's taking so long.
