If they had to go through the central they wouldn't make it again.
The weakness of the Pacific keeps that door open.
Vegas probably gets worse too, and LA is still LA.
It's like the Flames need to step up and play underdog. At the very least, beat the living #### out of them if they can't win.
Basically, we need teams to start playing them like they hate them, rather than that listless, resigned hockey the teams brought this year. Something has to change.
Maybe a Pacific team can make a big upgrade this summer and challenge them.
