Hello Barker, when fans don't recognize over 80% of the team, its called rebuilding, not tweaking.
Ugh, this really iritates me! What happened to when we were always a really good team that maybe had 20% turnover, you recognized the team from year to year and could actually feel connected to the team??? Sure we had a lot of heartbreak seasons ending in the playoffs, but you knew that every year you really had a solid chance because the GM at the time tweaked, never over-hauled from year to year!
It seems to me that Barker and co. (- Cortez??) don't want veterans or continuity. I feel like I am watching an expansion team from week to week.
Since Barker has been here (the first and second stints), what has he done? Major over-hauls of personnel from year to year that really has added up to nothing. Made the playoffs twice, which really shouldn't be a feat and that is it.
Until this management starts to realize that if you don't win the grey cup every stinkin year you have to rebuild, this team is not going to go anywhere.
Sorry for the rant, back on topic too...
Seeing as there is a constant hate on for Burris, why are we unable to find decent talent at QB to challenge him? Buono ALWAYS had someone causing a QB controversy and yet with Barker that has never once been the case. How the heck to Wally do this from year to year??
As for the new additions and releases... WHO for WHO???
