I'm just glad the Flames are getting much better at giving looks and opportunities to prospects at the NHL level, I've really been missing the constant influx of youth, energy, and quite frankly the love for the game prospects bring each game. I can't wait to see Parekh next year.

I think the main reason I was frustrated was why even talk contract with Lindholm? Or with Tanev? It was clear to me that the team needed to rebuild or at the very least needed a big overhaul and were not winning with that group.
It's really a matter of where you see the team though. People who think we are a couple players away from sneaking in and making a run, and don't want to rebuild are fine with it. Those who wanted big changes and a rebuild were not happy about it.
Basically it comes down to the philosophy of the team and how close you think we are. It's clear a Murray Edwards team will never rebuild, but that doesn't mean that isn't what some of us wanted.
