Quoted for truth. To use an analogy, replacing the air filter won't do much if there's still a defective engine.
CFL is totally quarterback reliant, and without a good one, the team is going nowhere. Defenses are always increasingly useless if they spend too much time on the field. Not that these moves are bad, but aren't the ones that are crucial.
