Guy is worth the risk and would come with a serious chip on his shoulder.
This highlight package from his last year shows his tenaciousness to get the puck, his ability to "hide" and find open ice behind the defenders, and his constant presence in front of the net. The clips around the 2:20 mark show a few plays where he's stationed in front of the net. Jones can't move him on that tip play around the 2:30 mark.

Highlight packages don’t often tell the whole story. I am no scout but I have Rossi in my fantasy league so I watched him a lot. He has a lot of talent but also disappears completely for stretches. He is not very fast which is an issue for a smaller player and not great in board battles. I think if you are smaller top 6 player you either have to be fast or great on the boards. He is not very noticeable when he is not scoring.
Not sure I would be rushing to give away assets for him.
