Or maybe you use the situation more on the reputational front. Help Andy Pages get his family into Canada since they can't get out of Cuba into the USA. Maybe that helps get Pages or someone else to sign as a FA, even just getting a few players from any club to live in Toronto in the offseason would be a win.
