I believe there is rarely only one right path. There are always several and it’s about picking one and executing it well

I'd go further and say you can take many paths as you don't have to make one singular decision for every single asset.
You can value one player's contribution to the room/culture more than others and not have a "every vet must go" scorched earth plan.
Andersson is great in the room, but they aren't looking to sign him by all reports.
Kadri they see differently.
Make good asset building moves.
If the value of a player acquired is greater than the assets spent and he fits you do it.
