They were mediocre for a long time that once they got Laf, they decided to “expedite” the process and got the vets. But there really isn’t an expedited process. Now those vets are old and because they didn’t stick with a rebuild they have few prospects to make a run. It’s really a warning to us in many ways. I like Conroy but he can’t take the Burke approach even if we somehow hit a home run with a prospect. It requires some careful drafting with some adds here and there of some vets. Too many vets and by the time the run happens those old guys are aged.
