November. my brother tried to hide all it's mistakes, while telling me how he rarely has to intervene. I had a good view from the uncomfortable back seat. But that's all irrelevant anyway, it's anecdotal, as would any experience with you be. When you look at the data, you can see it's not good enough.

So I'll make sure HW4 is selected, and just the newest versions, say 13.2.6 and up. For a robotaxi you are mostly city driving, and we can see they only do 238 miles before critical disengagement, and only 28 to a normal DE. Now, I don't know about you, but if I were a passenger in a vehicle that had a critical safety issue every 238 miles, I'd never get in it. You have 10 taxis, and on average any one of them will have a CDE is 23.8 miles. Would you invest your money in a robotaxi service that promised that kind of reliability?

Now, you can say they are improving, and that's true. But the last percentages are the hardest to achieve, so you have to pick a point where it is safe enough, but not perfect. They think they are near that. I don't know what number they have in mind, but it sure isn't 97%.

It's easy enough to find plenty of videos of the newest version doing unsafe things. Until that changes, the best description is still "It's absolutely incredible and almost perfect, until it tries to kill you." As another road user, that's not really reassuring.
