Even if he has a NTC, we should try to get him to waive. We need to maximize our draft value. Kadri will cause us to pick closer to the middle of the draft again. Instead of near the top where we want to be.
I think the priority should be trading Kadri, Andersson and Coleman in that order.

Are you just oblivious to what the team has done and said in the last year and a half? Im not sure how many times its been said or needs to be said Kadri has no interest in waving his clause! Coleman also has a limited trade clause probably has almost no trade value even if he didnt.
The team wont tank.
Kadri wont wave.
Iggy jr is not going to get traded here.
Coleman wont return squat maybe a second. Dallas may be the only team remotely interested in him.
Huby cant be traded unless another anchor contract comes back
Andersson is the only thing we have that has any trade value or can be traded without a pile if gymnastics and also why I believe that the Andersson trade is basically the end of the rebuild part of rebuild. No else will move or has any legit value
We need a someone to start pushing kadri for minutes not selling-off our only top six center who doesnt want to be traded for dubious returns.
Not trying to dogpile on you but i find it incredibly frustrating ruminating on things that have very low to no probability of it happening.
