Just my take but one of the big reasons I enjoy working with Pinder is because we aren't afraid to challenge each other. Nothing is more boring to me than a show where the hosts do nothing but "yes, and" each other the whole time. It might come across a different way on camera but to me, Pinder is hardly
ever a jerk. Hardly at all!
