It's funny how when the fires were raging and California requested help from the feds, Trump politicized it and patronized them over it, and now when they don't need or want it, it's being forced on them.
Calexit 2028 is probably going to gain a lot more tractions after this. When it started, I didn't think it would get much steam, but since January, the movement has been gaining momentum. I could see something like this as trigger point for a lot of people that maybe didn't seriously consider it before. That would get super ugly though.
