I agree.
The Rise of Skywalker felt like bad and rushed Star Wars content. The TLJ felt like.....something not Star Wars......maybe a parody? fanfiction? or an episode of a WB teen drama? Like an SNL mashup where the characters from Dawson's Creek are in a Star Wars movie.
