I'll admit Luke's death is the one well done thing with the legacy characters in TLJ.
How does any one watch the space Leia bit and not get immediately taken right out of it..
I hope someone at the studio eventually has the balls to eventually decanonize the sequels so they can build an actually awesome story post-ROTJ. Mando/Boba Fett episode 6 started things off nicely.
Plenty of EU content they could adapt.
