I don't support what you are saying but you have the right to say it. You shouldn't be getting blasted for your position. Seems to me that you've let the misery as a Flames fan get the best of you. I would say stay strong but it's a little late for that. I would recommend not watching any further hockey games, disconnecting from the sport and enjoying your other hobbies.

I haven't watched any of the playoffs and only watch flames games during the regular season. This franchise is a tie for me and the amazing childhood I got to have in Calgary (I don't feel the same way about when we moved here). If the NHL had a team here, the only games I'd go to would be the ones when the flames were in town.
I'm knee deep in little league baseball right now (coach and umpire this year) for my hobby. If the finals go to game 7, I'll watch but as a casual observer rather than a fan.
I would love to see the Flames hoist another cup before I leave this earth (Mariners WS title would be nice as well).
