People into the animated shows have accepted her as such and that's fine.
But for the rest of us, it's a little harder to accept this rich history with Vader when it hasn't existed in live action.
The show is pretty good for 4? episodes then tails off in the last few into something more...Boba Fett quality.
Outside of some creative choices, Ahsoka and Sabine's awful dialogue, odd acting (a lot of ruminating and pacing around with crossed arms... you'll see) and lack of anything interesting about the characters brings down the show a lot for me.
What gets me is they don't really introduce non-animation fans to who these people are in a way that creates investment. It's really treated like a sequel we just walked into and every one should already know these characters. Super strange way to cater to only a specific segment of the audience.
If Filoni can't figure out the next season maybe he needs to take a back seat on the shows. I'm not sure live action is his forte.

Star Wars is often guilty of doing this and it drives me nuts.
Always relying on obscure backup content for their story to make any sense.
Part of what makes Andor really good because it stands on it's own.
