The problem with the Rangers is everyone you would want to trade to retool has a full NMC except Kreider who has a M-NTC.
They aren't getting McKenna with Shesterkin in net and the vets they have.
Trade Kreider, trade Laf , trade K Miller and sign Marner and make room for Perrault.
Pick up a guy like Rasmus with 50% RS.
