The rangers could turn things around quickly as they still have some very solid young players on their roster. A re-tool is far more likely imo. If they run into trouble next season they would be able to move some of the players listed above for valuable assets. Panarin could net a nice return for them (at the very least a solid younger roster player or 1st ++), Trocheck has value, heck even Krieder should be able to net you something good if ever he slightly returns to form (injuries wrecked his season last year). Can't see them fully tearing it down, too much talent about to enter thier prime.
