Sounds to me like they've already moved on from Dan Vladar.
Devin Cooley will be given a shot at the backup role, primarily because of his first half AHL All Star performance last season, but it's a very short leash. Prosvetov is waiting in the wings in case another team grabs Cooley on waivers (unlikely, but still possible).
One of Cooley or Prosvetov platoons in the AHL with the kids. Sergeev is the more likely to be a Wrangler unless the organization wants him to see more action then it's the ECHL.
Sergeev may even be the Wrangler starter by seasons end.
Say will slot in somewhere as well and could surprise.
