Because it isn’t as simple as just “fibre=results”.
If you haven’t had issues, good for you. It clearly, very clearly, works. I eat chia, hemp seeds, and oats every day and still need them. People have dietary restrictions. It’s also way cheaper to buy off brand psyllium husk than raspberries…
