Yeah Bouchard being over a P/GP again, and doing it without Ekholm baby sitting him this time is just going to increase his ask.
It's why Dallas winning is so key though.
All this great depth Oiler media keeps talking about...it's gone once Draisaitl and Bouchard get their raises for next season. And then either McDavid gets an even bigger raise the following season, or he's gone.
And they have no draft picks, or propsects in the pipeline that will fill that depth.
This is easily the best chance this Oilers team has at winning the cup, Dallas (or Florida) need to ensure good prevails and evil falls.
