Getting the Atlantic teams (Detroit, Ottawa, Buffalo, Boston, and maybe Florida) into a bidding war here seems like the move to me. Lots of those teams need a RH dman and have some attractive assets. Need to play them against one another.

The nice thing about those teams is that, except Florida, they all have potential to be underachieving teams whose draft picks end up fairly high.
