Not even close. Zack Sang's still is more like a podcast than Nardwuar's iconic interview. I believe Nardwuar still uses a traditional microphone vs clip on mics. Nardwaur also often likes to introduce/gift pop culture items from his own collection or from fans to the individual he's interviewing to segue into the little journalism tidbits he wants to drop into the interview. He has so many special bits, but his overall mixture is the full formula that many others will never want to attempt to replicate in full.
BTW, Nardwaur is an absolute treasure. Nardwuar vs Questlove is one that I've watched more than half a dozen times. As mentioned, it's not podcast~like. It's an interview that just turns into two guys geeking out about stuff they're passionate about/two people geeking out about a collection with one guy consistently geeking out and blown away by what's in the collection. The Pharrell and Snoop ones are also great, especially the one where Snoop is so grateful to Nardwaur for gifting him his movie that even he himself didn't have in his personal collection.
