They didn't get dummied 5v5 though, especially outside of that 12 minute stretch from Seguin goal to 3-1.
Shots were 24-22
High Danger was 8-8
XGF was 2.5 - 2.0
I'd call that "slightly outplayed" not dummied.
And it's a team game, and goaltending is part of the team. Oettinger outplaying the Oilers goaltenders is how Dallas wins this series.

Really the underlying hatred you have of Dallas is obvious...you want the Flames to tank and you hate that Conroy mentioned Dallas as a comparison the Flames org is looking at...so you want Dallas to fail.
But even if Dallas loses...doesn't really change that they have made it to three straight conference finals, have the second most playoff wins in those 3 seasons (behind Florida) and also have the best regular season record over those three seasons (.665)
As a Flames fan I'd kill for that type of success (they've made it to 2 conference finals in my lifetime) and there are lots of teams that committed to a tank (Buffalo, Utah, Columbus, Detroit, Toronto, New Jersey, etc) that would too.
