Conversely, we have taken smaller players that haven’t panned out either.
Eichel/draisatl/barkov all still playing. Yes, Aho is not big but 3 out of the 4 teams that are still playing have that prototypical big C. To coin Brian Burke we don’t have to draft someone out of the Detroit Zoo but at same time, we can’t assemble the Smurfs. As playoffs are the goal, we need to have players who can play that hard, heavy game.
