I get Yakupov vibes from him. In junior, he was a high scoring wrecking ball but also a lazy prima donna when it came to having to actually work and didn't seem to grow out of that.
Having said that, drafting a player like that later in the 1st round as opposed to 1st OA probably isn't a bad risk. Some players get over it as they mature.
