I still think the move if possible is to trade Andersson and bring in a veteran LH d-man in free agency or as a cap dump.

Potential Free Agents:
Gavrikov - 29 years old
Orlov - 33 years old
Lindgren - 27 years old

Potential Trades
Girard - 27 years old - 2 x $5M - rumoured to be on the trade block for a while, gives the Flames an offensive d-man that can help out the PP.

Samuelsson - 25 years old - 5 x $4.3M - defensive d-man that's slotted wrong in Buffalo and needs a change of scenery.

Nic Hague - 26 years old - RFA - Vegas has 5 guys locked up long term on defense, probably can't afford Hague.

Jonas Sigenthaler - 28 years old - 3 x $3.4M - New Jersey has a lot of bodies with Hamilton, Pesce, Dillon, Casey, Hughes, Semec, Kovacevic and are looking to make some changes.
