This phrase was taken from some low level MEP posted on a WEF website about the sharing economy.

It meant nothing to no one until COVID, and the "great reset". Every single WEF conspiracy theorists uses this phrase as some sort of anti-liberal / anti-wef bull####.

This phrase was barked often during the 15-minute cities debate along with 24 hour surveillance, barbed-wire, hunger games zoning BS.

And in response to your "ah shucks, I'm talking about subscription-based economics" which has nothing to do with the video you posted; one would clearly see the EU leftist governments are championing the right to repair laws and enhanced data protections.
