Make a ball of ground beef ( a little more than you think you need), salt, pepper garlic powder.
Get my cast-iron ripping hot, and smash that burger on it as thin as possible.
(add cheese for after flipping if you're into that)
in another pan with butter toast the hell out of the bun.
Mayo, mustard ( any kind you like), and thinly sliced onions, add Pickled Jalapenos if you're feeling spicy.
Doesn't hardly take 10 minutes
