2. Vegas - gifted an expansion team ready to win a Cup and constant cap loophole manipulation.
3. Canucks - it's close between them and Vegas. Years of unlikable players and their fan base is garbage
4. Toronto - Growing up in Southwestern Ontario means a steady diet of Leafs media bs. Plus their fan base is intolerable.
5. LA. Big US market that always seems to be a thorn in the Flames side. Plus the whole Gretzky thing, Drew Doughty, and their inability to eliminate the Oilers every damn year.
6. Anaheim. Their name is just stupid and they had some seriously unlikeable players there like Corey Perry. The rivalry with Calgary goes a long way here too.
7. Tampa Bay - The 04 finals, the 18M over the cap, they just suck
8. Chicago. - Just a shaft organization, the first cap circumvention team, and hearing Chelsea Dagger makes me want to pull my hair out.
9. NYR - Big US market, seems to get all the good free agents, Adam Fox, Larry Brooks, they suck.
10. Colorado - always have good teams, should still be the Nords, always have the Flames number.

I believe the first cap circumvention contract was Mikka Kipprosoff, whose 6 year deal had only a $1.5 M last year. He chose to retire and not play out that year. Teams then started pushing the envelope more.
