Muscle isn't everything and I'm sure he's not skipping leg day but those calves could use a little work ha ha as those don't look like hockey player legs. Not worried about it but I think if he could add 10-15 lbs of muscle it would help him in the NHL.

It's not just leg day. You get a sense of his overall frame. A lot of potential there if he works hard. Working out with Pospisil was probably a good start, but he needs to take it up a notch and add some muscle.
